Adjusted my kcal to 2500. Was staying at 2200 nearly but I am much more active than when I first signed up which fat secret accounted and adjusted for. Slowly seeing an increase in protein daily. Looking to do some weight training this weekend.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
