Restricting calories way down, and keeping the exercise at the same level is letting me break through the barrier I have been at for a year. Only 8 lbs. away from my goal weight.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
