Well, this is kind of embarrassing. I gained so much weight this past week while out of town, my scale thought I was a different person! It's easy to eat too much while driving for two days straight, and hard to drink enough water. The first day I kept track of what I ate and was really trying to eat plenty of fruit and veggies, but soon I was just eating whatever and not tracking. By the middle of yesterday I was feeling kinda gross from eating so much junk. Today is a new day, and I'm learning from this experience and getting back to tracking and being more mindful of what I put in my mouth.
217.1 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
