Three pounds in three days? I was totally impressed with myself until Josh weighed himself and saw that he'd lost five. But whatever. We'll keep on dancing the pounds away!
114.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
