Well yesterday made 3 weeks doing clean eating minus a few slips
I feel more energy, clearer thinking and didn't realize I was in a gloom till one day last week I woke up and I can say I actually feel HAPPY!

This way of eating is the best for me ...and it is something I can live on. Unlike some other fast weight loss programs out there... You stop it when you reach your goal only to put weight back on!
215.9 lb Lost so far: 11.1 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 June 2015:
1162 kcal Fat: 32.70g | Prot: 101.29g | Carb: 120.59g.   Breakfast: Great Value Oatmeal, Water, Cabot Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Plain, Fruit Salad. Lunch: Publix Red Bell Pepper, Onions, Bella Terra Diced Plum Tomatoes, Perdue 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey. Dinner: Butter, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Baked), Chicken Breast, Water. Snacks/Other: Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Cabot Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Plain, Water. more...

Keep up the eating healthy without those processed chemicals! I agree slow and healthy no gimmicks or quick solutions that lead to yo-yo dieting and possible health issues. On the way to the gym and home loads of weight loss commercials on the radio, I'm thinking that they are preying on people.
