I think my digital scale is stuck on the number 123.6! Has anyone else had this problem before?
123.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Put an object you know the weight of on the scale (like 2 handweights) so you can gauge its accuracy.

I had a scale that I figured out would not go over 220. Not knowing that I thought I weighed less than I actually did. Till someone that knew their weight weighed them selves on my scale she weighed 220 lbs. She said ummm your scale is wrong cuz I know I weight 303lbs. I threw out that scale and got a new one :)
