I have been following my diet pretty well except for this weekend. I didn't eat that much but I drank too many beers. :( I hope I can get down to 155 by the end of this week by being super strict with my diet and keeping up the exercise.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

A little slip up should not make that much of a difference especially being that you know what you did and you will do better starting tomorrow. Everyone cheats a little, we need to indulge a little.

We all deserve a beer now and then...or a martini or two or three!!

Yoou should be just fine with the cleaner eating and exercise. It is good to indulge occasionally as long as it;s not too much or too often!
