Keeping calories down and staying active. Weight continues to be up and down, but hoping for a general down trend. Believe that the RDA is too high for my metabolism.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, FatSecret overestimates the daily income - I might suggest staying with 1500 per day and you may see consistent loss. Also, GOOGLE and article called "Why the Scale Lies" to better understand the fluctuations. Good Luck!
