woohoo!! my first goal,
172.0 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, next goal is 76kg shouldn't be too hard as the better weather is just around the corner so will be out on the bikes more
