Inflammation up. Gstarting swimming laps today at local pool. I’m shooting for 3 days a week and my 3 days of yoga. This will help! Have a gorgeous day!🌈🌈
185.2 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I swam a full 30 minutes. It wore he out! I’m going again tomorrow. It didn’t help the inflammation, but it will come off. Thanks for the support!
