Oh no! Does that mean you can’t run anymore? Or have simply expanded? A handful of year ago I was heavy into running, every distance from 5k to 18 hours. Best distance was 85 miles in 18 hours. I loved halfs, 50 miles and 12 hours. But I REALLY loved the 5k!
Now I’m using Joggo (app) and just trying to stay consistent with it.
