Slept horribly last night since I didn’t workout yesterday. Started doing yoga but had to stop after 5 minutes. I had eaten too late and the movements were making me spit up like a baby.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
