Ok....so I weighed in at 75.2kg this morning at my in-laws house, they have a scale at home the same as they have at the toning studio....so now I wonder if my scale is "broken".....coz mine gives different readings if you move it....mmmm....maybe its time to get a new scale!

Scales are all calibrated differently and you can get a different weight on each one. They should be within a few pounds of each other though. The flooring a scale is on can also effect the scale. It should be on a hard level surface. If the floor is uneven, you can move the scale around and get different readings. Put an object you know the weight of on your scale (like 2 hand weights) to gauge it's accuracy. Keep the scale in one place. Use one scale as your "official" scale and others for the heck of it. Weigh the same scale, same time, same clothes, same everything for the most accurate gauge of weight loss.

Thanks Suzi161, gonna ask my hubby to check where its the most level in the two bathrooms. Coz I weigh myself every morning at the same time in my birthday suite....lol... We live on a farm, and its an old farmhouse, so the chances of the floor not being 100% level is VERY possible. Thanks again for the info. Coz this morning, all of a sudden I am 1kg heaver than yesterday, and I know that aren't possible!
