After much contemplation, I’ve added a limit to the hours I allow myself to eat to my program. Have always been one of those that fed into the BS that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” garbage. Am I hungry when I get up in the morning? When I started… absolutely, but have adapted very quickly. First meal no earlier than 11 in the morning and last meal no later than 7. Luckily, I work out if my house 90% of the time so it’s fairly easy to manage. Also sticking to the lean protein and fresh vegetables (ok…. Frozen most of the time) and an occasional protein/high fiber drink and LOTS of water all day long.

Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a solid plan to me! I’ve also incorporated a delayed breakfast and cutting my eating off by 7:30pm. All the best to you on this journey 💕

That's me too! looking back, when I was at my best, I never ate breakfast. I try to hold off at least till 11 like you. 👍 It works 💪
