Seriously... the slow drop is killing me.. Went back on my iron today because I hadn't taken it for a couple of weeks (ran out) and hoping that jump starts it again with more energy.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Losing relatively slowly is somewhat frustrating, or can be. But over time even the small losses add up. Weight lost that way is more likely to stay off and make you healthier. So....nice job on the loss!
