Just returned from a Disney vacation (10 days) I thought with all the walking it would be okay to eat some carbs... NOT... gained 8 lbs. I'm back on Atkins today.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Flying makes you retain water...lawdy grrl.. You would have had to eat an entire FIELD of carbs to gain 8 pounds walking around Disney for 10 straight days. Give yourself a couple days

There is nothing sweeter sometimes than getting home into a routine. Track eating & exercise .... check FS often and you will see a huge difference.
