I'm so surprised by this weight loss!

I've been careful, just wanting to stay even.

I've tried new rules for the last week.

- stopped adding salt. (salt gives so much taste, makes things so darn good, that it makes me overeat) In fact, isn't that the problem. things taste so darn good.) It'll be less tempting.
- relegated coffee, milk and sugar to week ends.
- had only black tea and water all week
- walked every night, at least for 20 minutes, but with errands, it became more or less and hour and a half.
- had a salad every day.
- had a breakfast of half a cup of porridge, slab of honey, raisins, and a small spoonful mix of chia, flax, etc.
- Had a cup of Nestle Carnation Hot Choc Assortment Pack, (120 cal per cup)

Looking back, maybe it's all water! lol

Whatever it is, it gives me momentum and encouragement! I'll take it and try to build on it.
157.3 lb Lost so far: 21.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Way to go. I think excess salt also causes water retention. I also tried to limit extra salt and it seemed to help.
