Recent addition of glypizide has lowered readings but allowed me to eat too much. Need to get back to calorie counting.
Super lean chicken at Fred Meyer in cold case is a great addition to dieting. As low as tuna but tastier.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
