Vacation weight coming off. My stomach thinks I should be feeding it more and even though workouts were backed off due to being gone from the gym two weeks I can feel it in my legs. I very rarely walk anymore but did go walk a quick 1 mile to just get some extra steps in and allow myself some dark chocolate.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Diana - thanks I do think the vacations in October, December and February just caught up with me but now I will stay put for the next 9 months so I really want to focus the next 3 months before the boat is in the water. You are doing great too and last I remember the doctor could not set you to sport mode - did you get that resolved? I see my heart doctor in April and just keeping my fingers crossed no changes.

@Mariene - Thanks, my stomach is still giving me grief that it wants what I fed it on my two week vacation but I am drinking a lot of tea! LOL

Redporch, I see Dr again in May and they will revisit the sports mode thing. It isn't looking good though. I cannot be pacing from the lower chambers and I still am. I have also been having some dizzy spells..It's happened twice in 3 days. Maybe I'm working out to hard? I don't know. I'm keeping track of it and what I'm doing at the time, and posting it on my heart app. It's a process so we'll see what they say .
