Back to calorie counting, but I have upped the fat a little just because it's too difficult for me to go from full fat and 100 grams down to 28! That WHOLE 30 fucked me up.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
