Ugh
186.2 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh yes. All of my autoimmune is in remission except thyroid. She assures me it’s not that. I have severe small fiber neuropathy and I’m positive that’s what’s going on. I eat 1000 calories and have been under 1100 for weeks. It’s frustrating. I ate 1400 calories yesterday so I lose weight? It’s chronic inflammation. . Super frustrating.
