pretty happy with the weigh in as i havent weighed in in ages,but my blood tests show i have too do something more about it as they were pretty bad..
I know i can do this but its not the doing it its the staying on it...
Want too feel good again..
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
