I have worked out this week and not gone over my calories. I have not gone under my calories as much as I would have liked but I have not exceeded the amount to maintain my weight and yet I have gone up 3 pounds this week. Every day the scale went up... Very discouraged. Have been eating more salt than I do normally, but still. So discouraging. Already feeling like I need a mental health day, now so even more.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

May be just a blip - keep following you plan and maybe increase the water you drink to move the salt out more quickly. You can do this - patience helps.

I can relate to that frustration. I had the same thing happen this week.

Salt can definitely be a problem and pack on the water weight.
