Nothing special. I can't wait for baseball to be over so I can get back into my workout routine. I seem to be sore a lot after baseball practices and games. I'm thinking there is water in this weight. 12 games to go... then vacation.... then regular workouts.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
