thankfully i do not have medical problems with sodium, but this is why i keep it under control every day.

diet cheat day this week was gyros. that processed meat had so much sodium, i predicted a bigger than usual spike. not concerned, just confirming my behavior around sodium. i keep it under 2000 every day.

it's been a big eye opener. for that reason i shy away from canned meats, deli meats and even subway. you think subway is healthy? it is NOT.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 69.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
