Still mad at myself for letting go and not sticking with my workouts. I start feeling down and discouraged (not just about my fitness goals, but with life in general), and then I just stop. Can't be doing that. :(

1) "30 Day Shred"
126.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
