I'm SO MAD at myself right now! Slacking!!! Need to kick my butt back in gear!

128.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge   gaining 1.1 lb a week
