Tore my ACL in August. Have been limping and in pain non stop since then. Got knee reconstruction surgery at the end of October. Three months after surgery and I still can only move around the house without the crutch. Weight is up - have been eating pretty good actually, but lack of movement is evident. This is going to be my weight for a while. Cannot diet since I've lost so much muscle weight, I don't want any more muscle coming off of me. My left leg has not been that skinny since I don't even know when (I don't think my legs have ever been that skinny in comparison to my body). Hopefully I'll start walking in February. I'm going to PT twice a week, plus at home exercises, plus popping in the gym occasionally now that my knee doesn't get that swollen from movement. Fingers crossed for my recovery.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ouch!! Complete or partial tear? Recovery can be difficult, so enjoy!(?) The meals look good; hope the mobility returns quickly.
