Aaargh... Upset that I have only emerged from a bad space today. I didn't exercise on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I also indulged on the weekend.... Praying I can strengthen my mind during thesr bad moment. Need to figure out a knack of talking myself out of it... Maybe I should have something written down to look at everyday.... Don't know a lot right now but what I do know is that God will rescue me and honor me for all the days of my life

Y'know, what worked for me was to do the opposite of what I thought I should do. Instead of going 110% will power and trying to do something big, I tried to JUST BEAT ZERO every day. I picked something small and easy and just made sure I did that. It doesn't even matter what it is because you what you want is the mental boost. And the mental boost leads to a little more confidence, and the confidence leads to trying bigger things...But always you JUST BEAT ZERO.

What I've done in the past was put an empty margarine container (500g) on a shelf for every 500g I lost... this represents every 500g of fat no longer in my body... I found it to be really motivational in the past... might do it again this time around 💪
