Geeez...I cheated this weekend. Looks like that can't be done anymore. Unless... I exercise to burn those extra calories. But how much exercise would it take to burn 500 calories for example? 2 hours of excessive cycling? 5 hours moderate walk? Too much for me I don't like sports (never have, never will) Maybe...I should try finding something I would like doing...like tennis? Perhaps! or...I don't know...swimming? Nahhhh...Mountain climbing? Yeah...maybe...that could be interesting. I like nature and being outdoors...I think that could be possible but where? Hummm... Not any mountains around here that I know of. Darn! Gotta find something else to do. Stairs? Gotta find a building near by where I can get in without a key that has a least 4 stories high hummm...the hospital? There must be another place than that around here...isn't there? Any ideas anybody? And no I will not go to the "gym". By the looks of it I think I will have to just stick to my low calorie diet and not cheat. For now anyways. Untill I find a "sport" or what I would prefer...an "activity" that suits my personal likes. If I could just find a mountain to climb near by I would definitely try that.

You could get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Any activity helps burn calories. Get out do stuff you enjoy. Try different things. Try some workout dvds at home. There are all kinds. Try different classes (not necessarily a gym). There are bootcamps, yoga studios, pilates, crossfit, etc. You won't know if you enjoy it till you try. You don't need mountains to hike. Find some trails. Going out for bike rides, swimming at a lake or a pool, anything to get you moving.

I've tried xbox and dancing 2014 with Kinnect brand new...ended up giving it to my son. Last summer went out to buy a tennis racket, that was o.k. this winter I bought snowshoes, that was nice too, I also tried "paddling" nice to do also, I bought a stationnary bicycle really nice one actually it is a spinning one that was ok for a while but it transformed itself into a coat hanger for some odd reason. Tried snorkling like that too and lately walking. Oh and yoga and do some everyday for 15 min. mehhh better than nothing. Tried parachuting, rafting...I like to try new things. The thing is, I just don't seem to stick to anything in particular. But thats fine I guesse. As long as I keep being active. Haven't tried the pedometer though. Lollll Thanx for the input :)
