And so it starts...had a great day yesterday. No junk -goal is to only eat food made at home. So no takeaway burgers or sandwiches. If I want to eat it I must make it at home. Well at least 90% of the time. Also did physical labour yesterday - with a spade removed a patch of lawn 😅 hectic! Every muscle I forgot I had is stiff today. 💪
