My objective is to loose 10 pounds by June 5. Why? Because I am going to have a little 'get together' with long lost friends. I used to be the skinnist of them all and now I am the biggest. :-( sniff sniff...Anyhow...this is my motive and I think it takes one to get the drive to loose weight. My methode is to check my calorie intake. My RDI is 1500 calories per day so I will stick to eating between 1000 and 1200 calories per day. So far I have lost 3 pounds in 3 days. Oh and I also started a housecleaning job on Monday. I went from sedentary to low active. Which I presume helps too. So guys...hang in there!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Losing 10 lbs by June might be doable. Exercise will really help though. Being thin is good, but you can be thin and not healthy. So incorporating exercise (if you are able) with a healthy eating plan will help you keep the weight off when you get to goal. Good luck!

I cheat alot on weekends so I don't think that I'll lose more than 2 pounds a week but even that is fine with me. I don't want to be skinny and look sick like before but healthy. That is my goal. Thank you for your encouragement. it is always appreciated alot. :-)
