I have normalized my blood glucose readings significantly by greatly reducing carbs. I get most(95%) of my carbs from vegetables but most calories from protein and fat. My numbers are under 110 for every reading (except basal first thing in the morning which is 128) in the past two days. This from as high as 350 2 weeks ago!!
