I did a 24 hr fast yesterday trying to undo some holiday feeding, definitely less bloated.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don’t know how you do it for so long . I go after 16 hrs I get the shakes.

It took time. I had to build up to it. The longest I've done is 72hrs.
