A month and a half of Covid after a really hard year 😔 but I am determined to use the Christmas period to get my jobs caught up so I can hit it hard in 2024!

279.8 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb. Still to go: 70.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.7 lb a week
