Alhamdulilah. Been in the UAE and have lost about a little more than a kg without too much hassle I'm trying to stick to having a coffee when I wake up with honey eating a nice full bowl of salad first and then having dinner (whatever it is) and closing my eating window at 11pm (considering I ate at 6.30pm) I'm not too fussed on the numbers just eating intuitively and choosing quality foods
