had a 4 day weekend no dieting or counting just bar b qs liquor and beer. Had a great time now lets get back on track only gained 2 pounds not bad.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
