Hi everyone didn’t quite hit the mark with fasting today felt hungry 16 hours just ate lunch 80g of roast beef and five Brussels sprouts
Not too bad … dinner vegetarian ( mum 🫣) have guests over mushroom rice kibbi and salad that’s about it today feeling blessed 🥰
166.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
