And just when I thought I'd lost, I have a gain. Wow!

Weight loss is so finicky.

Don't under eat or you'll gain because your metabolism will slow down.
Don't overeat or you'll gain.
Don't have too many carbs or you'll set off carb cravings.
Don't have too much salt or you'll retain water.
Don't have any wine, because that'll slow your metabolism down.

It has to be just so... and constant.

And I'm far from being a constant person.

Sports are fun, but I can't seem to find any groups my age that play the evenings. I don't want to be playing with 20 year olds.

I'll be seriously looking for something.

158.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

It's a lifelong battle. It's normal to have ups and downs. I hope you will see a drop soon.
