Well I am back down to 160. Woohoo? LOL That is 4 lbs lower than on Monday. It just sucks to be relosing the same 5 lbs. But I've been working out and sticking to the diet as well as possible for the last 3 days. I need to do it for at least 2 weeks-a month.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
