Couldn't wait to hit 350. This was my 2nd small goal. my 1st small goal is to just be consistent and show up for myself everyday. From October til now I have remained consistent. Now I'm even more motivated my next goal is to get to the gym on a consistent schedule and get this next 25lbs off. Creating these small goals help me to stay focused more long term.
350.5 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It makes a lot of sense to me; small goals are much more achievable than large ones. Not to mention achieving small goals and setting benchmarks mean you're much more likely to stay consistent long-term both in the losing process and during maintenance. Keep rocking out! 👍😎
