Alright so I ate one meal yesterday.... bad idea. It wasn't intentional however. I'm doing my best today to eat more frequently. I'm also starting my partial liquid diet today! Yippee!! Lets see how this meal replacement shake tastes... I'll be sure to give updates lol. My weight is steady at the moment, but i think that's because i didn't really use the bathroom much (should have drank more water). Ah well. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
268.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 108.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
