schedule has been kind of hectic but I'm still doing good...trying not to be to harsh on myself and I tell myself that as long as I don't gain I'm doing okay.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
