not much to say ( for a change ;) )

Actually i do , im considering dropping to a minimum weight of 10st ( 140lb ) i will see how i look at 10 1/2 maybe even a photo not sure as i kind of have body dysmorphia / image issues - or so im told and lets face it when there are a couple of personalities running around inside my head who knows lol. All the best everyone - take it easy people , stay focused and succeed . :)
157.5 lb Lost so far: 73.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
