Dinning out and cooking with others caused me to deter this weekend. Portion sized it. Also, cold weather blew in and that always makes me hungry! Working 12 days converting from grave yard to days is killing it too as I have to eat to stay alert. Experienced awful blockage (dairy? excess oils?) too. Whew!Rough to say the least.... Still slid into home a pound less this week...Thanks to Herbal Life :)
162.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
