Raidersfan's Journal, 21 April 2015

Milestone Day Today---- April 21, 2015. 175.9. That officially eclipses my weight on the Day I was married Nov 1985. 30 Year journey through jobs, child rearing, stresses of life (my weakness for weight gain). From 176 on marriage day to a high of 247….and numerous ups and downs…gains and losses along the way!!!

Moved to Cayman April 1 2012 at 232 Pounds….I depart from Cayman this Friday and it is a Cathartic move. Like shedding an old skin. I have accomplished much in my time here. I leave on Friday and I am trying to summon the Will to Fast till I leave as a symbolic gesture. (lol who knows if I can)

Going back to a New Life, A New Job…with a New Body, New Mindset and a Clearer Vision of what and where I would like our lives to go.

My VOW is to maintain my Commitment to CRON….Angiogenesis foods….and remain firmly affixed to this new lifestyle.

I have learnt much and experience id often the only teacher.

I have also managed to bring my wife along for this Journey. She has become committed to this Lifestyle as well. She admitted the depth of her food addiction…Bringing her along is the MOST IMPORTANT accomplishment of all!!

Well onwards and upwards….Wish me luck not sure if I can take this home with a FAST!

But a new friend told me Raidersfan can do anything.
175.9 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
