Last 3 days - fun trip to Kansas City. Good BBQ, music and friends!
402.0 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We went to Joe's Kansas City BAR-B-QUE - waited about 75 minutes in line - the food was really good! Also went to The Scene bar to see a few bands.

My favorite restaurant for BBQ, used to be Oklahoma Joes until last year. Love their BBQ pork. Haven't been to the Scene, but have heard it is a good place.
