Well, up .2 today (I am on week 2 of phase 1). Then again, I was forced into eating hot wings and cheesecake this past weekend, so... I am monitoring my calories and sticking anywhere from 1300 to a little over 1500 a day. My RDI is 1700 to lose a pound a week. Just have to trust this is a momentary blip and that both the SBD and monitoring calories will do the work they should.
