It was a tough week. I struggled with thinking of food as a reward and so felt cheated all week.
Anyway, stuck to my eating plan for the most part, but I am really frustrated with this scale. I wish there was a way to find out if there is any validity to the numbers. It just seems weird that the more weight I lose it says I have more fat and less muscle. Idk

259.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Best of luck on your diet in future weeks! Note once you lose weight , it takes awhile to firm up the flab. Once I do make it down to 150, I am going to work more on firming up. Depending on how I feel after work will try to hit the machine in apt gym. Its challenging!

Its so hard to transfer from food as a reward to food as fuel. You'll get it, keep chugging along!
