no, no, no, not getting on any scales this week. I know it'll send me into a depressed mood. Redo this week.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Hey there Girlfriend, Don't sweat the petty stuff Pet the sweaty stuff You're doin' alright. I haven't even been near a scale in about 3 months. Kind of afraid to get on it. I feel like I've put some weight on. The unhealthy places like my gut. Look at where you started...there's still some progress to be proud of. Hang in there!

Thank You. I can best describe this weight loss journey as a Mambo. Two steps back, one step front. I'm crawling my way into weight loss.

Just some thoughts to consider... Weigh yourself according to your weekly schedule... Reason being; years down the road you can look back at the peaks and valleys and gain insight into why and what was going on. Another thing is if you journal with the weight fluctuation it will help you gain a greater understanding as to why you were anxious, depressed, fearful, unhappy, or whatever emotion you were experiencing at the time that made you overeat. Will this help? Will you stop overeating when you're stressed, maybe not, but you will learn to deal more effectively with the situation and you will be able to say to yourself Oh self you're just stressed because...
